At Archie Cochrane Ford we are committed to your safety and will work directly with the Parts Manufacturer on your behalf to repair your vehicle promptly.
1. Â Â Step 1 - Â Check your recall status (17 character VIN number Is required)
2. Â Step 2 - If recall is present for your vehicle, Call or Email your Factory trained Service team for more information. Â Please make sure we have your best forms of contact. (Your VIN number is also required)
3. Â Step 3 - When the recall update is available, our Service team will contact you to schedule the installation.
4. Â Step 4 - On the day of the scheduled repair, our service team will need your vehicle for 1 - 4 Hours depending on the extent of recalled components. A service shuttle is available upon request for your convenience.
